IRM was referred to iDesign by a previous customer. What started out to be a small side-project turned out to be a wildly extravagant setup, requiring specialty SSL certificate installs. By the end of this project iDesign was able to setup a web-based calendar for its employees to access and schedule individual and company-wide appointments in a common area. A database of many illnesses and diseases, a ‘medicine in pop-culture’ section was found to be very informative, and a weekly-updated eJournal of important medical releases was made available for a customer to maintain easily. Many pieces of documentation and forms were also made available for customers to fill out prior to office visits to save time.
